Replacements

A replacement will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect item was received
  • The product arrived defective
  • The parcel was damaged during transit

Replacement Process

To process a replacement, customers are required to share a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to end, clearly showing all outer and inner labels.
This video helps us assess the concern accurately and support any claims with our shipping partners.


Reporting a Concern

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order details, and
  • The unboxing video

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for assistance.


Approval and Dispatch

Once your concern is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged and dispatched within 7 working days.


Right to Decline Requests
