• Order details: items ordered, delivery name, address, PIN code and phone number, order amount, and payment method and status.
• Saved items and reviews: your wishlist, saved addresses and any product reviews you write.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Instagram.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are handled directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, and we only receive the payment reference and status.

• To create and manage your account and verify your email with one-time codes.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to email you order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To respond to your questions and any replacement requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed to run the store, with:

• Courier partners, to deliver your order (your name, address and phone number).
• Razorpay, to process online payments.
• Service providers that host our website, store our data and send our emails, under appropriate safeguards.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your bag and wishlist on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for orders, support, and legal and accounting obligations.

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords and a trusted payment gateway. No online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

You can view and update your name, phone number and saved addresses in My Account. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to ask us to stop sending order emails, contact us using the details below. Some information (such as order and tax records) may need to be kept as required by law.

Our website is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use it only with a parent or guardian.
