Welcome to Treasure Trove by Gurasim. By accessing or purchasing from our website https://treasuretrovebygurasim.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. General Information

Treasure Trove by Gurasim is an online store offering anti-tarnish jewelry designed to bring luxury, elegance, and longevity to your accessory collection. These Terms govern your use of our website, including all purchases, product browsing, and any interaction with our digital content.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout or account creation.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All our jewelry items are crafted and curated with high-quality, anti-tarnish materials.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only; actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our secure website checkout.
  • All orders are prepaid. You can pay online using Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Wallets, processed securely by Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Orders are dispatched after the payment is confirmed. Items in your order are held for a few minutes while you complete the payment; if the payment is not completed in that time, the hold is released.
  • An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided it has not been shipped. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. Any amount paid online for a cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues, or holidays) are beyond our control.
  • We email you when your order ships, with a tracking link when one is available.
  • Shipping charges, and the order value above which shipping is free, are shown at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because of the hygiene-sensitive nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on change of mind. All sales are final.

The only exception is a replacement, offered if you receive a wrong, defective or transit-damaged item. In such cases:

  • Contact us at official.simrankamra@gmail.com, on WhatsApp (+91 92531 02639) or on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number, photos, and a complete, uncut unboxing video showing the outer and inner labels.
  • If approved, a replacement is dispatched within 7 working days at no extra cost.

Requests made after 24 hours, or without the unboxing video, may not be eligible. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

7. Care and Maintenance

All jewelry pieces are designed with anti-tarnish coatings; however, proper care extends their lifespan. We recommend:

  • Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water.
  • Storing pieces in the provided anti-tarnish pouch or box.
  • Cleaning gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Treasure Trove by Gurasim will not be responsible for tarnishing or damage caused by improper usage or storage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, product images, descriptions, brand names, designs, and graphics—is the property of Treasure Trove by Gurasim and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Treasure Trove by Gurasim will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
  • Any allergic reactions, discoloration, or damage due to improper handling.
  • Any losses caused by unauthorized access to your personal data, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data shared on this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use a secure payment gateway so that your card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
