Return & Refund Policy

The only exception is a replacement, which we arrange when:

• You received the wrong item,
• The product arrived defective, or
• The parcel was damaged in transit.

Replacements are not offered for reasons such as size or style preference, colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings, or normal wear after use.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

• Your order number and the email used for the order,
• Clear photos of the item and the parcel, and
• A complete, uncut unboxing video from start to end that clearly shows the outer and inner labels. This lets us assess the issue properly and raise a claim with our courier partner.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery, or without the unboxing video, may not be eligible.

We review every request and reply by email or message. If it is approved, a replacement is dispatched within 7 working days at no extra cost to you. We may decline a request that does not meet the conditions above.

• You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
• If you paid online and the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
• If money was debited but your order was not confirmed (for example, a failed or duplicate payment), the amount is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Contact us if you do not see it by then.
